All sales are final and all pieces (including furniture) are priced as-is. Pre-loved pieces can come with some wear and imperfections so I'm more than happy to provide you with additional photos, videos, and information to make sure you love your newest find! Please reach out via email (hello@conveyvintage.com) or Instagram (@convey.nj)

Pieces will be processed and shipped out within 2-5 business days. I primarily use USPS Priority Flat Rate Boxes which takes about 1 to 3 days in transit. Total processing, shipping, and transit time of about 5-10 business days.
If a piece arrives damaged, a photo must be taken within 24-hours of arrival and sent to me to issue a full refund.
If a piece is lost in transit, you will need to directly file a claim with USPS and I will help provide basic information for the claim within my means (i.e. providing tracking numbers, date of shipment/arrival)

All pickups are contactless. We will establish a time that works best for me and you, however, at least 24-hours notice is required prior to pickup
Must be within 1 week of purchasing unless arranged otherwise with me.
If a piece is not picked up within the agreed upon timeframe and I do not hear from you within 2 weeks, it will be relisted and no refund will be issued.

All drop-offs are contactless within 1 week of purchasing.
If you are outside of my 15 mile radius and are willing to meet at a spot within my set radius, we can coordinate that as well.
